AstroSolution – Talk to Astrologer operates a digital mobile application/website offering astrology-related services to users. The Astrologer agrees to provide astrology consultation, predictions, and related services to AstroSolution's customers via the platform, in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
The Astrologer shall provide astrology-related services including but not limited to:
The Astrologer agrees to provide services in a professional manner, maintaining accuracy, ethics, and confidentiality.
The Astrologer is engaged on a freelance/independent contractor basis. This Agreement does not create an employer–employee, partnership, or agency relationship. The Astrologer shall not claim employment benefits such as PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, paid leave, etc.
All consultations, communications, and services provided by Astrologers must be conducted exclusively through the AstroSolution Platform. Astrologers are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions with users. Any attempt to bypass AstroSolution for personal gain shall be considered a material breach of these Terms.
Astrologers are strictly prohibited from requesting, collecting, or sharing any user's personal contact details, including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or residential/office addresses. Astrologers may not disclose their own personal contact information to users under any circumstances.
Astrologers shall not arrange, propose, or engage in consultations, meetings, or services outside the AstroSolution Platform. Any attempt to divert users for offline or external engagements shall result in immediate suspension and may lead to permanent termination of the account.
Astrologers shall maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by users during consultations. Disclosure of any user information to third parties without prior written consent from AstroSolution is strictly prohibited. Misuse of user data for personal, promotional, or commercial purposes will be treated as a serious violation.
All fees for services rendered must be transacted solely through AstroSolution's official payment channels. Direct solicitation or acceptance of payment from users outside the Platform is strictly forbidden. AstroSolution reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments in cases of violation of these Terms.
Salary or revenue share (if applicable) shall be transferred on or before the 7th of every month or up to the 10th, depending on the situation.
Astrologers shall not make unrealistic assurances or guarantees of outcomes (e.g., success in marriage, childbirth, financial gains, or lottery results). Astrologers must refrain from promoting superstition, fear-based practices, or any services that may cause harm to users. All guidance provided must be ethical, lawful, and aligned with AstroSolution's policies.
Astrologers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in their jurisdiction. AstroSolution assumes no responsibility for disputes or claims arising from actions taken by Astrologers outside its ecosystem.
AstroSolution reserves the right to investigate complaints, monitor activity, and take appropriate action in cases of policy violations. Any legal issue, if raised, shall be entertained exclusively in the jurisdiction of Sub-Judicial District Court, Patiala, Punjab. Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated, without prior notice, in cases of:
AstroSolution may prepare profile videos, promotional materials, or presentations featuring astrologers, including their vision and objectives, to showcase the firm's values and services.
AstroSolution reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at its sole discretion. Continued use of the AstroSolution Platform after such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
